This site is dedicated to documenting the vibrant music scene in southeastern Connecticut. Even back during the 80s I didn't always know who was in which band and what other bands they had been in. The few names that I can knew have started to fade and it occurred to me that a wiki would be the best solution, pooling the knowledge of all the music fans from New London county. That idea grew to what you see here.

I have some other ideas for what this site could be but at some point you have to draw a line and declare that it's good enough for a start. I'm open to any suggestions so use the Contact link at the top of this page to send them to me.

A quick note about the ads on this site. They are here for two reasons. None of the other sites that I've put together run ads or use affiliates. I been looking for a chance to experiment with them and this was the first opportunity that presented itself. Also, it would be nice for a change if one of my sites actually paid for itself. When I decided to set up a Live365 stream for this site that sealed the deal since there was no way my budget could handle the montly cost for that for very long. Should the revenue generated by these exceed my expectations by a significant amount, my contribution to WCNI 90.9 FM during their annual marathon be increased accordingly.
